The International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) is the developer of the original Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and today ensures that providers of continuing education and training can prove they provide high-quality instruction by following the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 Standard for Continuing Education and Training through a rigorous accreditation process. FEC President and CEO Clyde McQueen and FEC Senior Vice President and COO Shelley Penn attended the event. The conference served as IACET's annual convening of Accredited Providers, Affiliates, Continuing Education Professionals, and other valuable stakeholders and featured keynote speakers, such as Dr. Mardy Leathers, Director of the Missouri Division of Workforce Development. Breakout sessions on various industry topics were also held, including a panel facilitated in part by McQueen, entitled Clyde McQueen helped facilitate a panel entitled Innovation on the Edge: Future-Proofing Value in Continuing Education and Training.
