SKILLS TRAINING
We work with a number of accredited, educational partners to bring you relevant, up-to-date training for careers that are in-demand in our region. We concentrate on providing training that will lead graduates to good-paying, sustainable jobs. We know your life isn't semester-based, so neither is our training. We are always enrolling. PAID INTERNSHIPS, ON-THE-JOB TRAINING, AND APPRENTICESHIPS
We have a lot of programs that allow members to access traditional classroom training, or take advantage of one of our "earn while you learn" opportunities, collecting wages and mastering a new skill or trade.
CAREER COUNSELING AND JOB PLACEMENT
Whether you walked in our front door to find a job, or have completed training funded through us, we are ready to place you in a career. We host frequent hiring events, workshops to get your resume and interview skills polished, and have a network of business partners throughout the region, ready to hire you.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
We know it's not always about just finding a job, or matching you with the right training. We offer you supportive services that can help address common barriers to employment, like transportation, or clothes, or even a laptop. Our success depends on your success, and we're here to help you make it happen.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
Inclusion is at the core of everything we do at the FEC, which is why staff remain ready with career opportunities, training assistance and resources specific to your needs. We also have wheelchair-accessible desks, translation services, and other tools for the visually impaired to make sure our services remain accessible. If you would like any of these services, simply let us know.
ADULT SERVICES
Qualifying adults get access to all of our services, including debt-free training, on-the-job training, apprenticeships, career placement and more.
DISLOCATED WORKER SERVICES
See if you qualify for services as a dislocated worker, and access debt-free training, rapid re-employment services, and more.
VETERAN SERVICES
You've given your best, and deserve the best in return. That's why the Full Employment Council has staff on hand, ready to work for you and with you, connecting you to training, good-paying jobs, career and resume workshops, and employers who know what a benefit is to have your leadership and experience on their teams.
YOUTH SERVICES
We offer a lot of opportunities for youth between the ages of 16 to 24! We've got training, HiSET completion, financial aid, paid internships, job placement services and more, just for you.

If you qualify for TANF, we have special opportunities, just for you!

WORKSHOPS AND CAREER EXPLORATION / ASSESSMENTS
All of our members have access to a great variety of different workshops, led by professionals. Whether you want help with resume writing, want to find out how to translate your passions and skills into a career, or just need to polish your interview skills, the FEC has something for you.
OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
There are many ways to qualify for services through the Full Employment Council. If you are over current income guidelines, and do not qualify as a dislocated worker, please ask your counselor about additional funds or programs available.
