Workforce Development Boards

The Full Employment Council, Inc. is the fiscal agent and board support organization for two local workforce development boards in the Greater Kansas City area. The Kansas City and Vicinity (KCV) Workforce Development Board covers Cass, Clay, the Kansas City region of Jackson County, Platte and Ray counties. Eastern Jackson County serves Independence and all other areas in Jackson County excluding Kansas City.
