FEC locations are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the following exceptions: Central City and Northland opens at 9a on Fridays; Independence opens at 9a on Wednesday; Cass County, is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
