FECKC| SERVICES

The Full Employment Council (FEC) provides our community and members with wrap around services to make sure they are connected with the right people, can get to where they need to go, and prepared with the right skills and tools to help achieve success.

Here at FEC we work with some of the area’s top employers to create and provide customized training that is industry informed and can lead to a direct connection to high demand employment. We have exclusive job listings  with some of the marketplace's most sought after jobs and career opportunities. It is our goal to help you earn while you learn. Our job is your career.

Please remember, the process to receive funding is very competitive and can take up to 10 days to be approved by our enrollment board once eligibility is completed. Applicants will be notified once approved by a career center counselor. All training assistance is based on funds and eligibility. We do not guarantee that funds will be available and all assistance will be given on a first come, first serve basis. You will be notified if approved. Note, all applications must be submitted within 30 days of training start date.

Staff support is available to those who have been approved for funding, all other resources such as, printing, copying, faxing, computer use, career workshops and resume support – if staff is available- can be utilized.  

For any and all funding request you must complete an application, which is a competitive process and must be approved by the enrollment board.

We have offices to serve you in Ray, Clay, Cass, Jackson, and Platte County.

  • Skills Team - Through various assessments, the Skills Team will help determine your areas of interest and skill level to ensure you are placed on the best career path. Depending on your skills, they may offer suggestions for updating your skills through our various workshops

  • Employment Team - Once your skill level and areas of interest are assessed, you'll meet with the Employment Team to help you understand the various training opportunities and/or employment leads. You will be guided based on a plan that best meets your overall career goals.
