PLEASE NOTE: In-person services are available by APPOINTMENT ONLY with a maximum of 45 minutes per hour, per customer. We are taking appointments for Kansas City, North Kansas City Office, Independence locations at this time. To file an unemployment claim call 800-320-2519, M-F between 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. To schedule an FEC appointment call (816) 471-2330, M-F between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
