Training

On the job training allows you to train as few as one employee at a time.

• Company is reimbursed up to 50% trainee must be retained at least 30 days
• Training time is negotiated by difficulty of task and or applicants work experience
• Applicants receive funding for uniform/tools

Customized Training

FEC/MO. Career Center will pay the training costs for applicants or employees requiring certification for certain skilled positions at a state-certified institution.

Internships

A negotiated short-term work experience that allows your company to observe a potential employees.

• FEC/MO. Career Center pays for:

  - and other administrative costs

FEC/MO. Career Centers will provide or reimburse services for program-eligible job seekers.
