What are the BENEFITS for our organization?
The One-Stop Missouri Career Centers operated by the Full Employment Council, (FEC) knows every business is unique. How you hire and whom you hire is crucial to your success. At FEC, we can help you. We will recruit, pre-screen, test and assess potential applicants and assist with hiring and training needs. And since all FEC employer services are tailored to the needs of each organization, you can be confident we will find the right employee to suit your needs.
FEC can assist with:
Recruitment and pre-screening of applicants
Job description development
On-the-job training design
Placement of paid interns
Training wage reimbursements and employee skill development vouchers
Youth internships, job shadowing, mentoring and employment
Transportation services
Providing work tools and supplies for employees
Follow-up employee services
How does FEC RECRUIT the employees?
The Full Employment Council coordinates employment and training programs in Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte, and Ray counties. Applicants referred to your organization will be pre-screened to meet your minimum job requirements. FEC also will provide physical exams or drug screens at your request.
How do we START?
You will meet with an FEC representative who will work with you to understand your organization's goals and needs. FEC will then develop and present an Employment & Training Strategy (ETS) to outline which services can be tailored to your organization. Additionally, FEC will identify your needs and inform you of wage reimbursements or tax credits available depending on the hiring and training process. FEC has recruited and retained qualified applicants throughout the five-county area for companies both small and large.
FEC has been recognized nationally by providing employer support as well as the support we give for placing job seekers, making our services a win-win situation for everyone. Just call an FEC location near you.
