Customized Training
If your organization is hiring at least 10 applicants through the One-Stop Missouri Career Centers operated by the Full Employment Council, (FEC) you could be eligible for the FEC Customized Training program. The program will provide recruitment, testing, screening, classroom training and On-the-Job training . The features of this program include:
Classroom Training
If the person you are interested in hiring requires classroom training or academic instruction for a particular certification, new skill or to gain customer service skills, FEC will pay up to 100 percent of the training costs at a state-certified institution. The cost of supplies or books also may be reimbursed.
On-the-Job Training Wage Reimbursement
FEC will reimburse up to 50 percent of the training wages up to a six-month period if the person is retained on the job 30 days after the training period.

How do I apply?
If your organization is interested in this initiative, you will need to follow the State of Missouri's application process. An FEC Employment & Training Consultant can provide you with the necessary application. Once your project is approved by the Missouri Department of Economic Development, state employees will begin working with you to execute a training plan.
