Wage and Comp Survey
The Full Employment Council is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to perform a total compensation review of senior administrator positions in the organization. It is anticipated the successful proposer will conduct a competitive market assessment based on surveys and peer group analysis of comparable organizations; review current compensation methodology and provide recommendations for changes or enhancements; and provide appropriate survey and benchmark information to assist in determining future levels of compensation. The review will encompass a total of 3 senior level positions with the possibility for an expanded study. Interested organizations should have at least 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in compensation pay and Human Resource practices. Interested organizations will submit a methodology, pricing, schedule, history of prior engagements with non-profit entities; and at least 3 references from previous non-profit organizations. Proposals will be due Friday, June 8, 2018 by 5:00 p.m. to the offices of the Full Employment Council, 1740 Paseo, Kansas City, MO 64108, Attention: Clyde McQueen.
