Training - If you need additional training for an in-demand career, we can help with tuition and other assistance. With our Customized Training in Time (TNT) system, we can launch customized, specific training courses that work for you and your employer/future employer. Whether it be On-the-Job Training (OJT), where you are paid while you work and learn, classroom training, or a combination of both, we can help you get the skills you need. Training is available in all different industries. On-the-Job Training-Training on the job that leads to employment upon successful completion
Classroom Training-Training in the classroom that leads to a diploma or certificate or credential in an in-demand occupation. In many cases, we can assist you with options for financing your education, whether you need to get your High School Equivalency diploma, higher education at a community college, four-year institution, or trade school, or other kinds of training.
Internships-Paid work experience that could lead to full time employment. The purpose of the FEC internship program is to enable employers to provide job-specific training that may result in permanent, full-time employment upon successful completion of training.
