Training

On the job training allows you to train as few as one employee at a time.

• Company is reimbursed up to 50% trainee must be retained at least 30 days

• Training time is negotiated by difficulty of task and or applicants work experience

• Applicants receive funding for uniform/tools

Customized Training

Companies needing to hire 10 or more applicants will receive all the services provided by the FEC/MO. Career Center.

• classroom training

• on the job training

Classroom Training

FEC/MO. Career Center will pay the training costs for applicants or employees requiring certification for certain skilled positions at a state-certified institution

• reimburse up to 50% of your business’ training wages

• training in new skills

• training in customer service skills

• cost of books and supplies my be reimbursed
